About Access Builders Inc (ABI)
We’re a Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Floor Coating Contractor that takes pride in improving the facilities of our clients. We accomplish this through doing things right—clean sites, solid systems,
and a crew that respects the work and each other.
You won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day. We handle a variety of remodeling projects, which means
you’ll be learning constantly and building real skills that actually matter in this trade.
What We’re Looking For
You show up on time. Every day. No excuses.
You’ve used basic hand tools and you’re comfortable working with your hands, but more importantly—you’re
willing to learn and take direction.
You stay focused on the task in front of you and don’t need constant babysitting.
You ask smart questions, communicate clearly, and bring a steady, respectful attitude to the crew.
You take pride in a clean, organized site because you know that’s how good jobs get built.
And you’re physically ready for a full day’s work—lifting, moving, and staying active on site.
